We thought this might be a good time to let you know that the forest trails, arboretum and parks of Ferguson Forest Centre remain open and offer a variety of great spaces to get outside and enjoy a little SHINRIN YOKU (Japanese for FOREST THERAPY) while maintaining the social distancing required in the face of COVID19.
As little as one hour of forest therapy is thought to provide multiple benefits for mind & body that last for weeks!
